Shipping times vary by location. Following are our estimates based on the location:

  • United States: 3-10 business days
  • Australia, Canada, Europe & New Zealand: 10-15 business days

We use UPS, Fedex and DHL to get our products to your doorstep. We are not responsible for delays incurred by USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS or any other shipping carrier. 


  • Tracking Numbers will be available 1-2 Business days after placing your order.
  • Tracking numbers can be access by clicking the "View My Order" button within your confirmation email.
  • There could be a delay from the shipping carriers in updating the status. In the case of a delay like this, the status may appear as Unavailable or Pre-Shipment.
  • For international orders, the delivery date will be updated once your order clears customs. Post custom clearance, please contact your local courier directly with any further queries.
  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.


Our site is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you. Camping Monk will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.


If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
